Supply & installation dosing system conforming to IS-9222-1990 with non-metallic solution tank of 100 ltr capacity with motor driven agitator tomaintain uniform suspension through out the tank, electrically operated chlorine dosing tank consisting of dosing tank of 100 ltr of PE/FRP MOC with PE/frp lid & level gauge along with single phase electric motor and agitator 90 watt, 1440 RPM, 23 Volts, 50 Hz, 02 Amp and having speed controller to reduce speed upto 800 RPM with shaft & blade in plastic, mounted on tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall including high pressure single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump set, uneffected on dry running having no loss of prime, independent of back pressure and able to handle both chemical solutions as well as suspension, 230 volts, 50Hz AC 44 RPM 1/30 Fraction HP having output 2 US GPD to 40 US GPD complete with accessories i.e. lead tubing connecting nuts injection check valve clay weight and ferrules including complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge.Make :ION Exchange, MAIC INDIA, JESCO or equivalent conforming to above specification & to be approved by GE.

S&F galvanised steel water tubes medium grade conforming to IS 1239-1990 with screwed socket joint together with and including all GI fittings such as bends, elbows, short pieces connections, backnuts, caps plugs and unions etc laid in trenches/fixed on walls/laid on floors of size 20 mm bore including testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 02 here in before but of size 15mm bore.

Supply and fixing gun metal globe or gate valves conforming to IS 781-1984 of size 20mm bore with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends for iron/UPVC pipes and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing in position without taking down for alteration/additions or branch connections etc of size 20mm bore including all fittings(each cut measured)complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring complete for One 5 Amp socket outlet in independent board complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductors conforming to IS specifications,drawn through and including conceled conduitconcealed/ fixed on wall / ceiling with suitable clamps, screws, etc or concealed in wall including terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm MS sheet concealed in walls covered with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch sockets outlets, fan regulators, etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed :-Note:- Pressed steel terminal boxes with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel surface to avoid rust incl suitable thick laminated sheet cover plate for mounting switch/socket/regulators/bell push etc concealed in wall and cost of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar if required any shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

S&F switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5 Amp flush type 240 volts white or ivory ISI marked complete all specified and directed.
