| 2 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single phase, two wire single source direct connected LCD display type microprocessor based smart energy meter (functioning as prepaid mode), 230/240 volt, 5 -60 Amps or 10 - 60 Amps , acuracy class 1.0, frequency 50 Hz (Electric Meter marked as \"PROPERTY OF MES\"), conforms to IS-16444 : 2020, IS 15959 : 2011, IS 15884 :2010 & IS 13779 :1999 with latching relay for meter protection, dual mode support (credit/ prepay), in build billing data calculation facilities with IP 54 transparent polycarbonate meter box with all standerd anti-temper features and sealing facility and should have synchronisation system with existing prepaid meter system complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T/Secure Meters/HPL/SchneiderNote:- The contractor shall submit manufacturer\"sunconditional warranty for 10 (ten) years for any type of defects/damaged in the meter. |

| 4 | M&L for charges for comprehensive vending transaction which include for issue of token in prepaid mode via SMS or App facility, 24x7 customer support in Toll Free number, reconfiguration of software in replaced meters for each supplied meters on yearly basis to be paid in advance for two years and as directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit necessary supporting documents from OEM before taking any payment from department. |
| 5 | M&L for creation consumer and meter management module with unlimited metering points set up, tariff management module, occupation and vaccation module, preparation of consumer app and website, communication module from MES to consumer, preparing admininistration management system, providing training to MES personnel & consumer and installation of software etc incl maintenance of the same for two years etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M&L for wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) of size 6.0 Sq.mm 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC conduit (medium grade) (or through stainless steel flexible conduit of size 20mm if required) withall accessories for meter connection and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing and complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- No PVC flexible conduit shall be allowed to use. |
