Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:2:4) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto (20mm).

R. R. stone masonry (where 90 % stones weighing not less than 37.5 kg and no dimension to be less than 23 cm.) for foundation including all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete. In cement sand mortar 1:3.

Flush or ruled pointing on stone masonry including racking of joints and curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials in mortar ratio. (In Cement sand mortar 1:3)
