    Supply Of 3 Stream Blender Equipment For Vadinar 3 Stream Blender Equipment For Vadinar , Item Supply , Supply Of 3 Stream Crude Oil In-Line Blending Package As Per Technical Specifications Delivery Location:Vadinar, Gujarat Discharge Port: Nhava Seva Port , Supply Of Spares Required For 2 Years Operation And Maintenance As Per Technical Specifications Delivery Location: Vadinar, Gujarat Discharge Port: Nhava Seva Port , Commissioning Activities , Rate For Site Work ( Up To 8 Hrs A Day ) ( Locations As Per Tender Specification ) • Charges Shall Be Paid On Per Day Basis From The Time Of Reporting At Site Till The Time Of Departure From Site. • Rates Quoted Shall Be On Per Day Basis And Inclusive Of All Expenses Including Accommodation And Subsistence Charges Etc. • On Site Charges Shall Be Paid If The Person Works On Site Up To 8 Hrs A Day. For >8 Hrs Stay At Site, Proportionate Amount Shall Be Paid Extra On Hourly Basis. • All On-Site Days Shall Be Accounted For By A Signed Timesheet From Iocl Representative At Site. Note: The Boq Quantity ( 1 Lumpsum- 3 Weeks Duration ) , Considered For The Assistance Commissioning Work Is Indicative. However, Payment Shall Be Made On Actual Number Of Days Which May Be Less Or More.
