Rigid Endoscope with FESS Instruments with light source and fiber optic cable1. The bidders have to quote the unit price of the base equipment with all accessories, hand instruments & consumables as asked in the technical specification including 5 (Five) years onsite warranty, cost of installation & commissioning and all other incidental charges excluding GST against column-3 of respective separate individual item wise excel BoQ file. 2. The bidders shall have to quote (upload) the breakup of prices of base equipment, accessories , hand instruments & consumables as asked in the technical specification in the respective separate individual item wise excel BoQ file as well as in a separate PDF file (Format-B) of the respective item attached in the e-tender portal against this tender reference. In that case, the Total Unit Price (Including 5 (Five) years onsite warranty, cost of installation & commissioning and all other incidental charges excluding GST) mentioned in the PDF file must be same as that quoted in Column 3 of the Price BoQ in Excel File. 3.In addition, the bidders have to quote the cost of any other accessories/disposable/consumable other than as asked in the technical specification with other spare parts required for functioning of all the quoted items in the separate price schedule format for each item attached as PDF file (Format-C) in the e-tender portal. However, this shall not be taken into account for evaluation.
