Tender For Rajasthan Oriental Research Institute Bikaner Rajasthan Oriental 1 Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with a lead in a 50 meter including stacking of useful material if available :Hard rock (blasting prohibited) useful material 30%. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.M10 grade Nominal Mix1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth with :Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 5 Repair to brick masonry in cement sand mortar 1:6 with new brick. 6 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead : With cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 7 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20 mm thick. 8 Providing and fixing of double leaf steel shutter for cupboard, the frame is made of pressed steel ISI section 80×25 mm ×1.25 mm thick with 1.00 mm MS sheet to spot welded including holdfasts of 15×3 mm, MS oxidized fittings such as butt hinges, sliding doors bolts, handles, tower bolts and twin peg etc complete including applying priming coat of approved steel primer of red oxide zinc chromate and spray painting in approved shade with deco paint of approved quality complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Crazy ceramic tile flooring, with under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with ordinary cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6 mm, mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar, including providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar @ 1 kg. per 50 kg. of cement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13×3 mm, 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15×10×10 cm. of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of plain glass panes 4 mm thick with cooper glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approval steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading and other fitting except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stay etc. as required :Windows fixed. 11 Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Kg.59.00 Fixing with 15×3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15×10×10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 12 Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :5.0 mm thick glass panes. 13 Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15×3 mm and nuts & bolts complete.
