Purchase Of Equipments A High Power Direct Radiography Unit For General Radiography With Digital Flat Panel Technology Should Be Offered. It Should Be Fully Motorized Auto-Positioning Capability To Perform Whole Body Radiography. The System Should Be Capable Of Both Erect And Supine Radiological Examinations. The Unit Should Have Following Specifications. (Critical) 1 Flat panel detectors, one for vertical stand and other for table. 2 Generator 3 X-Ray tube with automatic collimator 4 Ceiling suspended 3D column stand 5 X-Ray table 1A Fixed flat panel detector Two in No. (One on wall stand and other on table). (Critical) The detectors should be able to do all routine radiography examination. It should have following features. (Critical) a) Fixed flat panel detector size of at least 43 x 43 cm or more for 41 x 41 cm size detector 2k x 2k with pixel of 150 micron and DQE must be 68% or more. b) The detector should have non tiled Csl scintillator and amorphous silicon photo diode array. c) Image matrix size at least 2.4k x 2.4k or more. d) Minimum pixel size to be mentioned, should be 150 micron or less. e) Gray scale depth of 14 bit/ pixel minimum. f) Tube assembly movement to be automatically synchronized with the detector movement on table and vertical bucky. g) Preview time after exposure 5 sec or less. h) Image processing time to be mentioned. i) DQE at 0 lp/mm should be at least 55% at of beam quality 1B 2 Generator(Critical) a) Microprocessor control high frequency X-ray generator should be of latest technology with constant output with low ripple frequency. b) Output 80 kW of more c) KVP range 40 kV-150 kV d) Output at 100 kV should be 800 mA or more. e) Please specify minimum exposure time, should be 1 ms or less. f) It should have automatic exposure control device with 3 filed sensors for both vertical bucky and table g) The generator must be completely integrated with console workstation and it should be possible to control all exposure parameters from the software console. h) Anatomical programming radiography should be possible. i) It should have over loading protection. 3 X-Ray Tube & Collimater(Critical) a) The X-Ray tube should be rotating anode high speed, compatible with the generator and must have dual focus. It should be possible to change system positioning and exposure parameter from touchscreen panel on the collimator along with viewing screen. (Critical) m) The ceiling suspended column should have electromagnetic breaks with fully counter balance mechanism. (Critical) 4 Filter & Collimator(Critical) The collimator should have following specifications. a) Inherent filtration of at least 1.00 mm or more A L, also auto filtration that can be configured with each exam preset. (Critical) 5 X-Ray Table a) Height adjustable fixed four way floating table top that can be operated from both sides with 43 x 43 size fixed FPD. Foot switch for controlling the table height, floating movements etc. (Critical) b) It should have a carbon fiber/ equivalent table top. (Critical) c) Table should support patient weight up to 200 kg or more. (Critical) d) It should have both horizontal and vertical auto tracking. (Critical) d) It should be possible to create exam presets in the console software with exposure technique and image processing parameters. (Critical) e) This server must be provided with a High Quality Monitor of minimum 2 MP (19 inch) resolutions with touch screen. (Critical) f) The console PC must be of reputed brands like HP/Dell and must have RAID 1 configuration to protect data. It should have 2x500GB HDD and minimum 4GB RAM. Processor of at least 32 bit speed. (Critical) g) This server must provide full amount of post processing features like Geomatric Corrections, Window / Level, Algorithms, Annotations such as markers, predefined texts, drawing lines and geometrical shapes, measuring distances and angles and determining leg length differences, shuttering, histograms, zoom, grey scale reversal, indicate grey scale saturation level. (Critical) h) Scoliosis measurement, leg length difference measurement tools must be provided. The console should also have the functionality/tool to correct radiographic magnification on the image. (Critical) i) The console should have automatic program to indicate over/under exposure visually in the pre view screen. (Critical) j) This terminal must provide a full fledge DICOM printing. Should be able to print multiple formats (minimum 4) of a patient study on a film. It must be able print a True Size image. (Critical) k) Should be able to send DICOM images to a DICOM viewing station/PACS and should be able to connect to HIS/RIS for DMWL. (Critical) l) Should be equipped with DICOM CD writer for allowing examination of a patient to be written onto a CD in DICOM format for referral purposes with inbuilt DICOM Viewer to allow viewing on any PC. (Critical) m) Special attention should be given to Pediatric and neonatal imaging. It should have possibility of reducing radiation dose to pediatric and neonatal exams. (Critical) 8 Independent image viewing, post processing, reporting station and documentation. (Critical) A. The digital workstation should be based on the latest high speed processor of at least 32 bit. (Critical) B. It should have high resolution LCD monitor of 2MP, minimum 19 size or more (Fully flat) for diagnostic image viewing and anti-reflective front screen. (Critical) C. It should have a image storage disc capacity of 10000 images or more. (Critical) D. Post processing function like viewing and reprocessing, hard copy documentation and onward transmission should be possible. (Critical) E. Image processing functioning like mirroring, zoom, move and windowing filter should be possible including facility for measurements. (Critical) G. System should have hardware and software to stitch without seams images of body based on requirement like whole spine, entire lower limb (pelvis to toes) without image distortion of artifacts. Please specify the method used to achieve it. Stitching should be possible in vertical bucky and table (horizontal) bucky (for patient who cannot stand during procedure) for improved patient comfort. Stitching should be possible with hardware and software. Automatic stitching should be possible. (Critical) H. Dose display delivered to the patient at the end of the study must be provided. (Critical) I. Two way speaker system for communication between the control room and the examination room. (Critical) 9 Accessories a) Three tray 500DPI latest model printer of any standard company to be quoted(Please quote year of introduction of printer. (Critical) h) The vendor should inspect the site and should certify the feasibility of installation of DR system and also the safety of radiation protection. The vendor should also inspect into the air conditioning system including AHU as well as electrical load and certify the adequacy for the same. The proposed site where DR system is going to install is nearly ready. The vendor should visit the site. (Critical) i) QA/QC of the machine will be done by vendor each year for the period for which CMC was subscribed. (Critical) 10 Regulatory Approval: (Critical) The Digital Radiography System offered should have the following: a) AERB Type approval/NOC is mandatory. Intermittent calibration required as per AERB norms will be done by vendor at no additional charges during the warranty and CMC period. (Critical) b) Quoted model must be USFDA approved. (Critical) c) License from AERB for supplying diagnostic X Ray units in India. (Critical) d) At least two components out of (1) X Ray tube (2) generator (3) detector (4) software must be from the same manufacturer and by the same supplier. (Critical) 11 Instruction to vendor: a) All the specifications, features offered must be supported by original data sheets and published literatures from manufacturer and / or regulatory authorities b) Compliance statement must be filled strictly under headings given in the tender. Each specifications corroborated in the compliance statement must give the page number where it is listed in the product data sheet, otherwise, the tender will be technically rejected. c) All the third party accessories and their maintenance including batteries of UPS and any other small parts are and essential part of warrenty and CMC.
