Metal Spraying Through Eutectic Process By Eutalloy Torch Method; Achieve The Better Concentricity And Roundness Of The Shell. Achieve The Correct Diameter Without Distortion & Ovality Of Tgb Shell By Machining. Re-Babbitting And Machining Of Complete Tgb Shell As Per The Existing Scheme Of Arrangement. Make Oil Grooves & Surface Tapering As Per Drawing, Cleaning, Plugging The Holes And Arrest The Water Leakage In The Water Jackets And Pressure Test At 5Kg / Cm2. Scrapping, Cleaning And Painting Of Fresh Anticorrosion Oil Resistant Paint On Outer Surface Of The Shell. Suitability Checking Of Tgb Shell Has To Be Carried Out At Sgs In Co-Ordination With Kpcl.
