MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole-1No. 2. RCCB/ELCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole with earth fault indicator and positive contact indication protecting a circuit automatically 1No 3. Fully automatic star delta starter of 10HP, 3Phase oil immersed type 1No 4. Digital Ampere meter 96mmx96mm square shape of 0-30 Amp range 1No 5. Make:- Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/DIB approved make 5 Supply of 50mm dia. B class GI pipe length 3 Mtr. With duly Welded flange in both sides, complete with cutting of flange for cable and welded support in both flanges.Make: - Jindal/ Parkash/ Surya/Tata/Tata/Jindal Hisar/Jindal Gaziabad/ISI 6 Supply of G.I. tail piece medium class of 0.5 mtrs long including one end flanged and other end threaded of 50mm dia. Bore cover made out of MS plate suitable for 12” dia. bore complete with suitable hole for passing the 50mm dia. GI Pipe 11 Supply of Nut Bolts,Washer,Spring of sizes as per site requirement. 12 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (DSR E&M 2018 item no. 5.2) 13 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm. (DSR E&M 2018 item no. 5.9) 14 Workmanship Charges for lowering the submersible pump set one no. in bore well, Fixing/Erection/Installation of E&M equipments, accessories, testing and commissioning on load with satisfactory functioning of Pump. The work includes all sundry required items for completion of work, i.e. eccentric taper, rubber gasket, necessary reinforcement and vibration isolation arrangement, etc. and loading, unloading, cartage, making good all damages caused during installation and restoring the same to their original finish as required, adequate safety provision, barricading, warning signal and other safety measures while executing the work or wherever necessary so as to avoid accident. The components of the installation shall be of such design so as to satisfactory function under all conditions. The all-sundry items which are useful & necessary for operation of Tube well shall be deemed to have been included, such items are especially in specification as per site requirement.
