| 1 | Taking down the exisitg sealing compound (any type) from the expansion /construction /dummy joints of width and depth respectively 20mm to 25mmx20mm size in rigid pavement by chiseling machine cutting and cutting the sides of joints by diamond cutter and cleaning thoroughly by using power cutter etc., free from dust /bitumen etc., and applying to sides of joints with one coat of cold applied joint sealant primer N 20/ N 49 as per manufacturer instruction including provision of bond breakar polythene foam and filling the joints with cold applied joint sealent compound of colpar 200/ Seal N flex 2K manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd /M/s Bostik India Pvt Ltd all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: (i)Depth of joints including bond breaker.(ii) Breakers rod thickness not to exceed 8mm. |

| 13 | Material and labour for preparing and cleaning of broken edges of concrete pavement joints of any type and shape free from loose particles, grease, oil, demolding agents etc., cutting and chiseling the existing damaged portion of edges of joints to provide a regular prismatic cavity as directed and cleaning by using blower etc., and washed with acid solutions if required and applying primer coat of epoxy (100 parts of epoxy resin with 50 parts of epoxy hardner by weight proportion) and filling the cut portion with epoxy mortar of Make: Huntsman (with 100 parts of epoxy resin, araldite with 50 parts of epoxy hardner, Aradur mixed with 800 parts of quartz sand by weight) including provision of temporary wooden strips or metal strips as formwork to edges of expansion /contraction /dummy joints and trowelling the mixture to level with the adjoining surface all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note for serial item No. 1 to 13: Kind attention of tenderers is invited to that the runway will be available to execute the work on saturday and sunday or on holiday or as required by the user. The tenderer has to work as per user\"s requirement and unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for this provision /condition. |
