Annual Maintenance Contract For Ro Plants Installed In Srisaila Devasthanam, Srisailam For A Period Of 2 Years , Annual Maintenance Contract Of 500/ 1000/2000/3000 Lph Ro Water Plants In Srisailam Township With The Following Specification And Conditions As Detailed Below: A) The Agency Is Liable And Responsible For 24 Hours Running Of The Ro Plants. B) The Agency Should Borne All Costs Of Repairs If Any Like Replacement Of Primary Filters, Changing Dozing Chemical Frequently, Replacement Of Membranes, Motors And Other Motor Components Etc., While Running The Plants And Also If Required From Starting Month Only. C) The Agency Shall Maintain Consistency In Quality Of Water And Required Tds.D)Required Qc Tests Shall Be Conducted In The Presence Of Devasthanam Engineers By The Contractor With His Funds And Submit The Results To The Devasthanam For Every 15 Days. E)The Quality Standards Of The Water Shall Be Maintained According To The Codal Provisions. Failure To Maintain Qc Standards Will Be Considered Seriously Penalty/Rejection Of Payment Or Both Will Be Derived, F) The Agency Should Provide Mechanics And Maintenance Persons For Smooth Running Of Ro Plants Including Maintenance Hygienic Condition In And Outside Of Ro Plants Including Water Dispensing Units Etc., G) Penalty Will Be Levied If Any Conditions Violated At The Discretion Of The Executive Officer And Binding On The Agency, H) The Maintenance Persons Shall Be Available Always At The Ro Plants, I) All Sand Filters, Carbon Filters, Media Should Be Change In Every Six Months,J) All Membranes Should Be Clean Every Three Months With Nsf Approved Cleaning Products,K) 4 Nos.
