(Excavation, PCC and insulator and stay wire will be measured separately). 28 Supply & Fix in replacement of galvanised stay wire of size 7/2.4 mm as required at site including necessary clamps, nut and bolts complete to hold the existing lightening arrestor pole in position complete all as specified. 29 Material & Labour for stringing aluminium conductor steel reinforced on tubular poles as suspension conductor for lightening protection system including removing of the existing old conductor complete all as specified. 30 Supply & Fix in repair Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, Small size, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified. 31 Material & Labour for testing earth resistance between conductor and earth value for the building and lightening conductors including writing the date of testing, next due date of testing on the space provided. Testing will be done twice in a contract period after completion of 6 months from the first testing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: After testing twice the quantity will be measured as one job). 32 Routine servicing, maintenance of DG sets upto 20 KVA of any make to be carried out including supply & replacement of lubricating oil filter elements, fuel filter elements, air cleaner element inner & outer with necessary O Ring, Engineer oil, making good any leakages of oil, greasing the shaft fan motor, bearings and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately other parts are included in the quoted rates. 33 Ditto all as per Serial Item No 32, but of capacity 160 KVA. 34 Material & Labour for dismantling of self starter 12/24V from engine and transporting to workshop for repair, opening cleaning and replacing defective bushes, bendex pinion ball bearing, plunger assembly, solenoid switch, carbon brushes, brush spring including varnishing of coils heating, drying etc for DG set up to 30 KVA complete all as directed. 35 Servicing /overhauling of Turbo charger by replacing TC kit including testing on completion of 30 KVA capacity Generator set. 36 Supply and replace by pass flexible pipe suitable for 30 KVA Generator set. 37 Supply and replace fan belt suitable for 30 KVA capacity Gen set 38 Removing the old engine oil from the diesel engine sump of various DG sets, cleaning the oil sump thoroughly, supply and fill new engine oil multi grade OMD-110/20W 40/SAE 40 in replacement of old engine oil. 39 Supply and fix in repair AVR unit suitable for 20/30 KVA DG Set as per existing make and model 40 Material & Labour for overhauling and calibration of fuel injection pump (FIP) for 6/4 cylinder engine 1500 RPM including replacing injector nozzle, steel fuel pipe for FIP to injector, piston spring, worn out nuts and bolts and washers gasket, refixing and testing on full load after completion for DG Set 20/30 KVA complete all as specified. 41 Repairs to rectifier unit of alternator and replacing defective diode, surge arrestor and its wiring and testing complete of up to 30 KVA DG Set complete all as specified. 42 Servicing of DG panel, cleaning, checking of electric connections, replacing defective components, meter, relays, indicating lamps, and all other control systems for the proper functioning of the panel of DG set upto 160 KVA complete all as specified. 43 Supply and fill coolant for radiator. 44 Material and labour for servicing of 20/30 KVA, 380 Volts online UPS by servicing of all parts, making all electrical connections, applying petroleum jelly to battery terminals, repair/replacement of battery leads, repair of parts, make the UPS Functional all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 45 Supply and fix in repair burnt/unserviceable PCB of UPS suitable up to 30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 46 Supply and fix in repair capacitor suitable for online UPS upto 30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 47 Supply and fix in repair 3 phase Inverter mother board of UPS suitable for 20/30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 48 Supply and fix in repair sealed lead acid battery of 12 volts, 65 Ah including taking down old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed. 49 Supply and fix in repair 3 phase sensing transformer of UPS suitable for 20/30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 50 Supply and fix in repair 3 phase IGBT drive card of UPS suitable for 20/30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 51 Servicing/Maintenance of electric/hand operated travelling crane removing old grease, dust, rust, cleaning with kerosene and apply new grease in all moving parts/bearings up to 5 Ton capacity. 52 Supply and replace Clutch assembly for up to 3 ton capacity of HOT Crane complete all as specified and directed. 53 Supply and replace Gear Arm suitable for up to 3 Ton capacity of HOT Crane complete all as specified and directed. 54 Load testing of Electric/Hand Operated crane by transporting dummy load from NAD Factory to the site where cranes load to be tested and vice versa of capacity up to 5 Ton all as specified anddirected. Load test to be done by Govt approved firm/rep and test certificate to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Vehicle for transportation of load will be provided by NAD). 55 Supply and fix manual overhead crane hoist including operating chain up to 3 ton capacity. 56 Supply and fix manual overhead crane operating chain up to 3 ton capacity, crane height 5 to 18 meters, with locking arrangement including dismantling old one. 57 Material & Labour for painting of EOT/HOT cranes and their all components & machines as per MES colour code with one coat synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, writing of date of testing, due date of testing, capacity, SM/MES No etc, welding work on hand railing and brackets where broken of capacity up to 5 Ton complete all as specified and directed. 58 Material and Labour for removing the existing joint ceiling completely by mechanical means and remove all the dust and laitance by blown dry by compressed air and prime the surface with primer 20 using a clean dry brush to required depth and apply masking tape on both sides of the joint exceeding 5mm and not exceeding 20mm width and minimum 15mm depth completely for uniformity and Colpor 200 must be applied between 30 minute and 2 hours when the primer has become touched dry, the curing agent shall be mixed with the base component and mix for a minutes of 3 minute and loaded into a sealant gun after removing the nozzle and cap and apply on the joint fully and make the filling flush and remove the masking tapes completely and allow to set for a minutes of 12 hours to 16 hours before allowing traffic complete all as directed by Engineer In charge.Note: Colpor 200, primer 20 and backer rod shall be measured and paid separately. 59 Supply only Fosroc Colpor 200 and primer 20 or equivalent in Bostik/Sika/Sikaflex/Master Seal with all necessary accessories complete all as directed by Engineer In charge. 60 Supply and fixing backer rod as per size (30mm, 20mm, 8mm dia) as per site required complete all as per Manufacturer instruction complete. 61 Preparing old painted surfaces of the dispersal by washing down with mechanical water jet and cleaning the area complete free from moss and dust and applying one coat Itraff PRO water based runway marking paint using mechanical sprayer in all the required shapes and coloures as per the user direction completely and all as directed by Engineer In charge. 62 Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
