Estimate For Laying Tiles And Miscellaneous Repairs To Customs Rooms In Cargo Complex In Airport Services Centre, Hal (Bc)-ALUMINIUM WORK & JOINERY:- 1 Supplying, fabricating & installing Partly glazed partly panelled powder coated aluminium partitions with ivory colour comprising of anodised aluminium extruded rectungalar hollow tubes from high grade H.E 9 W.P alloy conforming to designation 63400 of IS 737 of JINDAL,INDAL or other approved eqivalent manufacture comprising of the following for the partitions in the items etc., complete. a) PARTITION FRAME Anodised aluminium extruded rectanguler tubes not less than(101x44x2.1)mm in natural matt finish for partition frame work for door openings horizontal ,vertical,intermediate, outer frame members etc., at not exceeding 100cms centers (approx) b) Bottom panel upto nearly 1m height from floor level fixed with 9mm thick NAVOPAN or other approved equilant particle board with integral laminate facing on both sides,with same colour and shade fine moisture and termite resistant quality etc, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge c) Balance panels fixed with 4mm thick sheet glass of approved quality,conforming to IS 2835 in panes of size [1x1]m upto 2m and[1x0.75]m including providing glass louvers wherever required etc, all comple as directed by Engineer-in-charge d) Superior quality rubber glazing gaskets and aluminium tapered glazing clips0.7mm thick and measuring (19X17)mm self interlocking screwless, snap on type for fixing panel NAVOPAN board and glass panes etc.(The vertical member shall be embedded in cement concrete below the existing floor tiles if any to a minimum depth of 100mm including making holes in cement concrete floor and making the same including tiles if any etc, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge 2 Supplying fabricating and installing Partly panelled and partly glazed single Leaf Door shutters frame of anodised aluminium extruded rectangular hollow tubes from high grade H.E 9 W.P alloy conforming to designation 63400 of IS 737 of JINDAL, INDAL or other approved equivalent manufacture comprising of the following for the partitions in the items etc., complete a) DOOR OUTER FRAME Anodised aluminium extruded rectangular tubes not less than (101x44x2.1)mm in natural matt finish for outer door frame. b) SHUTTER: Shutter top member shall measure not less than (47x44x2.1)mm shutter bottom member shall measure not less than (95x44x3)mm shutter middle, horizontal and vertical members shall measure not less than (45x44x2.10)mm. c) Superior quality rubber glazing gaskets and aluminium tapered glazing clip measuring (19X17)mm self interlocking screwless, snap on type for fixing particle boards and glass panes. d) Hydraulically regulated door closer designation 3 with cast iron body or EVERITE or other approved equivalent conforming to IS 3564 or providing suitable heavy duty floor springs for each shutters. e) The shutter shall be approved shade and manufacture for glass panes. The door to be fitted with a neat and efficient security lock, butterfly handle, tower bolt rubber door stopper, insigna with red color for glass panel. WOODWORK WORK & JOINERY 3 Supplying and fixing wall panelling made up of with ply wood boards of 19mm thick of approved brand with ISI standards, firmly fixed on 100mm wide 19 thick ply wood stripes/ backings with necessary wedges/beadings firmly nailed/screwd to the existing masonry walls of any condition and at all heights rebated and prepared to receive decorative pattern as directed by the EIC all joints shall be seemless etc., including making cut outs wherever required , scaffolding and making good the walls complete. 4 Supplying and fixing Veneers on to the wall panelling with all necessary adhesives/ glues including seemless pinning and making good the surfaces including applying Touch wood or equivalent varnishing and prepared to receive decorative pattern as directed by the EIC all joints shall be seemless etc., complete.(design/pattern of the veneers shall be approved by EIC) 5 Supplying and fixing Harrison rails/curtain rails MS chromium plated with all necessary fittings,brackets etc PAINTING WORK: 6 Painting two coats of enamel paint for existing wooden surfaces including preparation of surfaces 7 Painting two coats of enamel paint for existing inside Masonary surfaces including preparation of surfaces 8 Painting the interiors surfaces of walls and ceilings with two coats of distemper oil emulsion over the existing painted surfaces including preparations of old surfaces and chalk whitening preparatory to distempering etc., complete. including scaffolding wherever needed b Walls FLOOR FINISHES & PAVINGS 9 Supplying and fixing dark shade VITRIFIED ceremic tiles 10mm thick of approved design,size square /rectangularpolished and area of tile not exceeding 0.36 sq.M and colour jointed with C.M.(1: 6) and pointed coloured cement to match the tiles including over a screed of C.M.(1: 6) 20mm thick bedding,curing etc., complete all as directed by the EIC etc., complete. 10 Supplying and fixing fancy type Horzontal roller window screens/Roller blinds of rexin/synthetic cloth made with fibre textured with desired shade and the screen(s) shall be openable with help of button type handles for easy operation of rolling up and down with a provision of intermediate stopper (that is partially openable) type with all neacessary slings for opening/closing operation etc complete including fixing of necessary clmaps/frame work at any height and with scaffolding etc complete 11 Providing and fixing in true horizontal level false ceiling grid of prelude XL systems of standard manufacturer using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre-finished in baked polyester paint, main tee of size not less than (24 X 43)mm at every 1200mm c/c max mandatory stitched 1.20m cross T of size not less than (24 X 35)mm at every 600mm c/c and 0.60m cross ‘T’ of size not less than (24 X 30)mm and wall angle of size not less tham (19 x 19)mm to form grid of approximate size (600 X 600)mm. The main T of grid shall be suspended using 6mm thick pre straightened GI Wires not less than 1200mm c/c by tying / welding to roof structural system including supplying and fixing PVC/ fibre board ceiling tiles regualr edge of size (600 X 600 X 16)mm, with properties of light reflection of more than 80%, sound absorption (NRC) 0.50, RH not less than 90%, of desired shade. The work is inclusive of making provision for the cut outs for the lights and other fixtures and neatly finishing the edges as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. .color and type of board should be got approved by HAL before fixing.
