| 3 | The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, collection & transportation of steel scaffolding materials &steel gratings from the owner\"s storage point to the work site and back to owner\"s storage point. Price is inclusive of transporting the scaffolding material to the location above 70 m from the base reference.No additional payment shall be made for the same |

| 8 | The job involves removal of existing above ground, overhead structurals including platforms, ladders, GI & steel gratings by unfastening / coldcutting / gas cutting / grinding, etc., from various locations at all grades & elevations without damaging any other portion of the existing unit, lowering down the same to ground level, transportation of the same to the designated area or scrap yard as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including weighment of the material at the appropriate place within the refinery premises, if required. |
| 9 | The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, Gas cutting set incl gas cycliners,providing scaffolding and approach,lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, machineries, transportation of scrap material, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects.Note: Wherever, scaffolding is not required 5% quoted price shall be deducted and 95% of price only shall be paid. |

| 11 | SUPPLY, ERECTION & WELDING OF GRATINGS:Providing, transporting and fabricating as per the specifications, Electroforged Galvanised Grating & treads of the approved design and pattern and erecting & fixing of fabricated steel work on operating floors, platforms, stair landings&treads, etc.,including supply of all fixtures like edge plates for treads, clips, studs, bolts, etc.,includingnosingforthe treads and etc., complete, as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The Gratings should be as per EIL specification Type II. |
| 12 | SUPPLY, FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STRUCTURALS INCLUDING PAINTING:Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and / or weldedSTRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS (Grade A/B)like angles, channels, beams, plates, flats, etc confirming to IS: 2062 etc.at all heights & levels and locations including all built-up sections/ compound sectionsmade out of rolled sections and / or plates / bent plates for Pipe rack , Pipe Bridge , T post,shed , staircase, ladders/monkey ladders, walkways, hand rails, platforms, structural pipe supports, rungs, etc., cutting to required size, straightening/bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, scrapping & welding ofunsoundjoints in existing structural members, preheating, (including sealing of box section with continuous welding ) finishing edges by grinding , fixing in line and level with temporary bracings, including preparing the surface for painting , surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease, etc complete. including providing paint system as follows:a) At shop :- Surface preparation as per SSPC-SP-10 and spray applying One coat of Inorganic Zinc silicate 75 microns DFT.B)One coat of zinc phosphate paint 40 microns DFTb) Two coats of High built Epoxy finish paint 100 microns DFT each.c) One coats of Acrylic polyurethane finish paint 40 microns DFT as per manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-ChargeTotal DFT:345 microns.The job also includes Providing and fixing GI Pipe hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railingand similar works, including applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer |
