    Tender For Piping Jobs Kota Lpg Plant--Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Heavy C Class Galvanised Iron Pipes Dia 25 Mm Conforming To Is 1239 Laid To Slopes For Fire Sprinkler System At All Heights With All Fittings ( Including Flanges ) As Specified. All Exposed Piping For Fire Fighting Shall Be Distinctly Painted Fire Red Shade 536 To Is:5-1978. Pipes Shall First Receive Two Coats Of Red Oxide Primer Uniformly Applied And Two Coats Of Oil Paint Applied Thereafter. All Pipes Supports Shall Be Painted Black As Specified For Support And Clamps., Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing And Commissioning 25 Mm Dia Approved Make Upvc Pipes Class Iii 6 Kg / Cm2 Having Thermal Stability For Hot & Cold Water With Solvent Cement Joints Confirming To Is 4985 For Kitchen Sink, Wash Basin Outlets & Anti Syphonage Pipes. The Quoted Rate Shall Include Necessary Chasing In Walls Making Good The Same In C.M. 1:4, Necessary Fittings Viz., Elbows, Tees Etc., Including M.S Angle With G.I Clamps Complete.All Hot Pipes Shall Be Thermally Insulated With Thermal Insulation- 9 Mm Nitrile Rubber Or Equivalent For The Entire Length., Providing And Fixing In Position 2000 Lit Capacity Approved Make Over Head Water Tank Including Inlet, Outlet, Overflow And Drain Out Pipe Fixing Etc. Complete In All Respect As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge
