    Supply And Supervision Of Horizontal Screw Pump As Per Tender Documents , Screw Pumpas Per Tender Specification As Per Iocl Tender Techncial Specification Requirement , Spares Parts For Pump , Set Of Screws , Insert , Set Of Timing Gears , Set Of Coupling Spares (Flexible Element) , Set Of Nde Bearings - Each Screw , Set Of De Bearings - Each Screw , Set Of Mechanical Seal (Complete With Assembly) , Set Of Mechanical Seal Parts , Seal Faces (Stationary + Rotary) , Gaskets/ O-Rings & Packings , Bellows, Pins, Screws , Seal Sleeve , Set Of Gland Packings (As Applicable) , Set Of Pump Gaskets / O-Rings , Set Of Labyrinths (As Applicable) , Set Of Oil Seals (As Applicable) , Psv Springs , Bearing For Motor (De & Nde) , Motor Cooling Fan , Terminal Box , Terminal Bushings , Site Supervision Charges During Installation & Commissioning Of Pumps. Bidder Shall Quote Per Diem Charges For Site Supervision During Installation & Commissioning Of Pumps. Per Diem Charges Shall Be Inclusive Of Man Day Charges And Expenses Towards To & Fro Travel, Local Conveyance, Hotel Charges, Any Other Incidental Expense, Etc. Site Visit Period For Payment Shall Be Made On The Basis Of Actual Working Days Of Engineer / Manpower At Haldia Refinery Site. No Payment Shall Be Made For Travel Time To Reach Site And Back. Payment For Site Supervision Shall Be Made After The Completion Of The Job As Per Instruction Of Engineer In Charge (Eic).
