    1. Design, Manufacture, Supply Of One Number Turbine Rotor Complete With Hub, Six Blades And Blade Moving Mechanism And Retrofit To The Existing Turbine Shaft Of 4.5Mw , 6800Bhp Unit.2. Supply Of One Number Re-Engineered Air Valve.3. Supply Of All Type & Size Of Seals And Damaged Fasteners Required For Replacement/Assembly. 4. Supply Of New Turbine Shaft And Shaft Servo With Mating Fasteners If Required And Replacement Is Subject To Tests And Joint Inspection. 5. Work Involves Removing Damaged Turbine Rotor By Dismantling Necessary Unit Parts And Assembling All Supplied Items With All Dismantled Parts With Replacing Seals Including Damaged Fasteners.6. Shaft Alignment With Bearing Setting And Standard Commissioning Tests. Measuring Vibration At All Bearing Brackets And Foundations Achieving Less Than 1Mm/S And Finally Dowelling Of Bearings.7.
