S.T.P. 4 8.5 mtr. PCC. Pole 5 Cutting, fabrication, fixing and mounting of following accessories alongwith Pin, Pin Insulator and ‘F’ Clamp as per enclosed drawing. 6 11 KV V Type X-arm alongwith guarding angle/channels. 7 11 KV Tension type fitting with guarding angle/channels. 8 11 KV Section pole fitting at tapping and pole/terminating pole, tension type fitting with guarding angle/channels alongwith jumpering arrangement. 9 Erection of Double Pole supports 9/10/11/13 Mtr. long S.T.P./PCC/R.S Joist 9/10/11/13 mtr long including grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 upto 1/6th length of support with channel angle fitting. 10 Fixing and grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling as per Urban construction Drawing No. DD SO-31. 11 Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous ACSR Rabbit/AAAC equivalent Rabbit conductor for 33/11 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole. The work also includes opening of O/H cable service line and its connection after sagging the conductors. The work consists petty work including energisation of line. 12 Spreading and stringing of 2 nos G.I wire No. 6 SWG for earthing/guarding of 11/33 KV line and knitting with GI Wire for making guard at an interval of 5 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 meters. The work includes opening of O/H cable service and its re-connection after staging of G.I Wire. 13 Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia, 2.5 mtr. long and fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod as per Drg. No DD SO 27 complete in all respect. 14 Making plinth of support of size 0.45x0.45x3 cement, sand and brick ballast in ration 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. 15 Painting of supports and its accessories with one coat of Red Oxide as Primer and 2 Coats of Alum. Cable, will rest on hooks built of G.I. wire, proper fastening of cable, Complete work. 48 Safe unloading of 11/0.4 KV, 630/400/250/100/63/25 KVA T/F from four pole/ Double pole carriage of same form site to store, unloading, shifting at proper place in Store. 49 Fixing of Additional Tailless Unit 500/300 Amp. on old LT Distribution Busbar including extension of LT Busbar and sagging. 50 Construction of 11/0.4 KV Transformer plinth in size 1.5x1.5x 1.8 mtr. Height, including 0.6 mtr. below G.L. in bottom 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast; concreting upto 15 cm. thickness after ramming should be done. Thickness of 1st class brick work should be 0.35 mtr. below G.L. and above G.L. It should be 0.23 mtr. brick work will be done with 1:4 cement, sand mortar, The space between the four walls should be filled with sand by ramming and watering keeping space of 0.15 mtr on Top for 1:2:4 cement, stone, ballast and sand concreting. The two channels should be grouted as per direction of site incharge. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality green paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 mtr. above ground level.
