Supply , Fabrication &Amp Etc Of Parts Of Air Washer System At Rgtpp, Ramgarh Supply fabrication installation testing and commissioning of square shaped grid structure sizes as given below made of GI channels of 16 gauge for holding Pre-Air filters of size (560*560*50) mm. The GI channels size is (50*60*50) mm of 16 gauge. Grid structure must be made in such way that air pre filters can be easily removed and put back after cleaning. a Square shaped grid structure of size (3180*3080*60) mm with each grid of size of pre-air filter size 1 No b Square shaped grid structure of size (2600*3080*60) mm with each grid of size of pre-air filter size 3 Nos Grid structure must be made such that it must get fitted in the space left for the same in the air washer unit. These measurements are approximate measurements so the taking the correct measurement for proper fitting is in contractor scope 2 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of pre air filters air washer unit of size (560*560*50) mm made of synthetic fibre with aluminium net. These filters must get fitted in above mentioned grid structure 86 Nos 3 Supply, cladding and testing of air washer water tank of size (16000*2700*1300) mm with SS sheet of 16 Gauge. Cladding must be done in such way that there must not be any leakage of water from tank after cladding. Checking of any water leakage after cladding is in contactor scope. If any leakage found then work will not be considered as complete. Contactor will have to take care of drain pipe hole, make up pipe hole, suction pipe hole, float valve pipe hole of the 1 No 27 tank during cladding. Contactor will have to take correct measurement before starting the work as the above measurement is approximate only. 4 Supply, Installation, fabrication and testing of eliminator of air washer unit of size (3600*3080*170) mm. Eliminator must be made of GI fins with fibre glass medium and galvanized finish. 3 Nos 5 Supply, installation fabrication, testing & commissioning of spray Nozzles of size 12mm of PVC material of good quality. Although contactor will have to take the proper measurement of size, thread size and pressure of the lines in which spray nozzles are to be installed before supply the nozzles as this measurement is approximate. 616 Nos 6 Supply, fabrication and installation of legs of footpath in the tank of air washer unit with angle size (1200*50*50) mm of 6 mm thickness. Although taking proper measurement is in contactor scope before supply. 20 Nos 7 Supply, installation and fabrication of trash rack of suction (pipe size of 6 inch) and drain (pipe size of 3 inch) hole as per direction of engineer in charge. Before supplying material, contractor shall have to take the proper measurement as these measurements are approximate. 2 Nos 8 All miscellaneous small work such as cutting, drilling, wielding for complete reviving of air washer tank house if needed is in the contactor scope.
