| 4 | S&F for 6 mm thick Twin wall Thermoclear poly carbonate sheet (conforming to IS: 14443) of any colour as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with coach screws and washers over Aluminium cover Strip 40x3mm and rubber washer in each joint complete up to 4 Storey Building all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Everestor equivalent make as approved in any command / E-in-C. |
| 5 | taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface including raking out joints of old brick work and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering by using manufacture sandin CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately. |

Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) or equivalent make mentioned in list of make including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
