Location: Locos Are Available At Diesel Loco Shed / Kzj. 1 ] Reclaimable Items [ Items As Per List ] Should Be Returned To The Custodian Before Affecting The Delivery. 2 ] In Order To Make The Assessment , The Purchaser May Visit The Loco Offered For Condemnation And Check The Site Conditions Before Quoting The Offer.3 ] The Purchaser Has To Make His Own Arrangements Such As Tools, Lifting Tackles, Lifting Equipments, Firefighting Equipment, And Gas Cutting Equipments And Necessary Trained Men For Stripping Disassembling The Components. 4 ] The Weights And Quantities Were Taken Into Consideration As Advised By The Custodian In The Ds-8. 5 ] The Purchaser May Note That Some Of The Reclaimable Items Of Loco Motives Are To Be Stripped Instead Of Gas Cutting To Avoid Damage And The Purchaser Should Make Such Arrangements.6 ] The Purchaser Is To Be Strictly Instructed To Stack All The Reclaimable Items At One Location Well Away From The Cut Up Parts Of The Locos And The Custodian Is Advised To Lift The Same On The Day Before Affecting The Delivery. 7 ] Gas Cutting Is Permitted. 8 ] The Purchaser Will Be Held Responsible For Any Damage / Fire Accident Caused To Railway Property .9 ] Railways Are Not Responsible For Any Shortage 10 ] Delivery By Lot Basis Only. 11 ] Railways Reserve The Right To Provide Placement Of Locos After The Date Of Auction Depending Upon The Availability Of Space For Cutting.
