| 136 | The Contractor shall provide three (3) years of comprehensive annual maintenance contract which will start after defect liability period (defect liability period is defined in contract specifications) as a part of offer/bid by the bidder. This shall include calibration of analyzers, supply/replacement of any required sensor/material (including nucleonic source, if applicable for analyzer technology, which requires top up/replacement up to three year AMC period), rectification of faults reported (within 48 hours), to keep analyzer fully functional, during defect liability period/AMC period. In case of nucleonic type analyzers, all regulations required by Indian Law including that by AERB/other agencies will be complied by Contractor. All necessary arrangements to get regulatory clearances will be responsibility of Contractor. NTPC site will provide necessary documentation/NOC to facilitate this process. Any other requirement related to AERB clearances will be discussed & tied up before award of contract. The Contractor shall follow all guidelines of AERB /other regulatory agencies for proper installation /operation of nucleonic type coal analyzers. |
