| 2 | Chipping/Removing: Removing/chipping upto 40 mm average depth and cleaning of existing loose concrete carefully by manual or low impact frequency hammer without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by compressed air jet complete including removing loos concrete around the reinforcement. The debrish will be disposed upto lead of 100m. The entire surface will be checked by light hammering (using 1Kg hammer) for detection of loose concrete. Edge of chipped patch will bear vertical/reverse cut with minimum depth at edge as 10mm. (Prepared patches to be got checked before applying bond coat). All loose/sound concrete around corroded reinforcing bars has to be removed to prepare well defined patch. |
| 3 | NRV Packers: Drilling and fixing NRV nozzles in RC members including,Drilling Holes: Drilling 14 mm dia., 75 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval 200-300mm C/C in staggered manner as per the method statement. Cleaning of holes: Cleaning the hole by air blower prior to fix nozzle.Fixing of nozzles: 12mm dia NRV Non-plastic nozzels in cleaned holes with the help of epoxy resin. Cutting of nozzles : Cut the nozzle by cut wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. |

Product shall achieve 10 N/mm2 shear strength as per BS 6319 standards. |
