Bidders Intending To Quote At ParMust Quote 0 ( Zero ) In The Box At The Bottom ( At Quoted Rate In Figures ) .2. Bidder Should Quote Their Rate By Selecting Less ( - ) Or Excess ( + ) In The Drop Down Box And Thereafter Filling The Percentage Rate In Figures ( Maximum Two Digits After Decimal ) Only Without Any Condition.3. Escalation / De-Escalation Is Not Applicable For Items Rates And Shall Not Be Paid.4.Name Of Bidder Should Also Be Provided Atappropriate Place. 5. Scanned / Photocopy Of Price Bid ( This Boq ) Are Not Acceptable And Suchbidsshall Be Summarily Rejected. 6.
