Tender For Awarding Processing Packing And Palledari Works Contract Of Central State Farm, Hisar Situated At 10 Km Sirsa Road, Hisar For Year Starting From01.04.2022 -1 Loading, transportation and unloading of seeds and/or goods from the location under municipal boundary and Central Colony/Thaska campus to Seed processing plant and vice versa. 2 Loading, transportation and unloading of seeds and/or goods from khairwa block to seed processing plant/godown of central colony and vice versa. 3 Loading, transportation and unloading of seeds and/or goods from khairwa block to seed processing plant/godown of thaska campus and vice versa. 4 Shifting of seeds / goods including loading and unloading from one godown/winnowing center/ processing plant to another godown/processing plant/winnowing center under same campus i.e. central colony, thaska and vice versa. (Applicable to the distance of more than 100 feet within one godown) 5 Shifting of seeds / goods including loading and unloading from one godown/winnowing center/ processing plant to another godown/processing plant/winnowing center under same campus i.e. khairwa block. (Applicable to the distance of more than 100 feet within one godown) 6 Direct processing and packing of seeds i.e,feeding of raw seeds to seed plant for grading, packing of seeds in 40 kg size, sealing and stamping. (Rate Applicable on graded seed qty.) 7 Direct processing and bulk packing of seeds i.e, feeding of raw seeds to seed plant for grading, bulk packing of seeds in 50/35 kg size, sealing and stamping and stacking. (Rate Applicable on graded seed qty.) 8 Putting the graded seeds in the coating machine for coating / treatment and treating the seeds properly as per proper guidance, spreading and drying as required. 9 Printing of pouches by pouch printing machine for packing seeds (rate per 100 nos) 10 Making bags or minikit of 0 to 2 kg from bulk packed seed (Indirect packing) after treatment i.e, printing of bags, filling and weighing of seeds in the bags, printing and sewing of tags on the bags, sealing, filling in sacks as required and stacking, etc. making bundle of empty bags in 50 no. and proper cleaning of packing point. 11 Making bags of 4 to 6 kg from bulk packed seed (Indirect packing) after treatment i.e, printing of bags, filling and weighing of seeds in the bags, printing and sewing of tags on the bags, sealing, filling in sacks as required and stacking, etc. making bundle of empty bags in 50 no. and proper cleaning of packing point. 12 Making bags of 8 to 10 kg from bulk packed seed (Indirect packing) after treatment i.e, printing of bags, filling and weighing of seeds in the bags, printing and sewing of tags on the bags, sealing, filling in sacks as required and stacking, etc. making bundle of empty bags in 50 no. and proper cleaning of packing point. 13 Making bags of 16 to 40 kg from bulk packed seed (Indirect packing) after treatment i.e, printing of bags, filling and weighing of seeds in the bags, printing and sewing of tags on the bags, sealing, filling in sacks as required and stacking, etc. making bundle of empty bags in 50 no. and proper cleaning of packing point. 14 Making pouch packing of 0 to 2 kg from bulk packed seed (Indirect packing) after treatment i.e, printing of bags, filling and weighing of seeds in the bags, printing and sewing of tags on the bags, sealing, filling in sacks/cartoon as required and stacking, etc. making bundle of empty bags in 50 no. and proper cleaning of packing point. 15 Loading of seeds / fertilizer/ chemicals / other goods into trucks / trolleys etc. 16 Unloading seeds / fertilizer / chemicals / other items in trucks / trolleys etc. 17 Drying the seeds produced in the Kharif season upto proper moister in the sunlight (include bringing the seeds from the godown to the drying place and vice versa.) 18 Lot wise sorting, stamping and re-stacking of seeds etc. for revalidation / minikit packing. (Bags weighing 0 to 2 kg) 19 Lot wise sorting, stamping and re-stacking of seeds etc. for revalidation / minikit packing. (Bags weighing 4 to 6 kg) 20 Lot wise sorting, stamping and re-stacking of seeds etc. for revalidation / minikit packing.
