The job comprises of the following:Shifting of dismantled items of 30 cusec pumping unit like bowl assembly along with allied components/ parts to workshopusing a private load carrier with loading and unloading. |
| 2 | Complete servicing of bowl assembly by way of cleaning and removing of rust using K.oil. the job includes cutting and removing of damaged boltsof Bowl joint and re-taping of damaged holes of the diffuser flange with manufacturing and fitting of over-sized steel bolts 20 No. (20 mm × 110 mm) complete with required sized nuts. |
| 3 | Fabrication, providing and fitting of MS strainer to Bell mouth, fabricated out of 12 mm MS bars with spacing of 25 mm between bars. The height of strainer should be 300 mm. The strainer should be provided with locking hooks. |
| 4 | Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM bush to bell mouth, fabricated out of 65 mm dia GM Bar having length of 110 mm. |
| 5 | Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM bushes (04 Nos.) to diffuser, placed at bottom, intermediate, top and inside the cap, fabricated out of 65 mm dia GM Bar having length of 110 mm. |
| 6 | Re-taping of damaged/defaced threads of the diffuser joint holes with manufacturing and fitting of over-sized EN 8 steel bolts 16 No. (20 mm × 110 mm) complete with required sized nuts. |
