Tmc-Wireless Communication System-Charges for Quarterly preventive n Predictive maintenance of wireless communication system: Charges for first year: Deputation of engineer to site, 4times per year for a span of 4 man days per visit to carry out scheduledpreventive and predictive maintenance of the equipment. Scope includes to & fro travel charges, lodging &boarding and other incidental charges. Normal working hours for HPCL: 0800 hrs. to 1630 hrs. Aminimum of 8 hours working shall be considered as full working day for billingpurpose. SCOPE OF WORK: Scope includes checking fire alarm systemslocated at all locations viz. New fire house, Admin building, Yarada Park, BBlock, ATP SS 2A, LPG control room, PP-1 control room, DHT control room, TPH(remote tripping of shipping pumps) and oil wharf. The following equipment arecovered under preventive & predictive maintenance of all original equipmentprovided. a) Remote terminal unitb) Power suppliesc) Antennad) Expansion Modules for Digital and Analog ModulesScope shall also include checking healthiness of thesystem components, dust cleaning, taking back-up etc. In the event of equipment damage, Equipment shall berepaired and returned to full operation in the event of failure. Scope excludes the supply of hardware, equipment damage& software upgrade ,Emergency man-day Long Description: First year: Emergency man-day visit Charges for first year: Deputation of engineer to sitewithin 6 hrs. of intimation. Scope includes to & fro travel charges,lodging & boarding and other incidental charges.
