Before Bidding Bidders Are Advised To Inspect And Tally Every Details Of The Lot As Appearing In Ireps Portal With The Actual Material On Ground Including Description, Location, Loading Facilities And Accessibility Of Crane / Hydra, Lifting Tackles / Vehicle For Delivery Purpose , Quantity, Deliverable Unit, State, Hsn Code, Gst Percentage Etc. If Any Discrepancies Is Found, It Is Required To Be Brought To The Notice Of The Custodian As Well As To This Office For Further Action Prior To Auction. And Railways Is Not Responsible For Any Type Of Shortage During Delivery, 4.Since The Materials Is Put Up On Sale On As Is Where Is Basis , Therefore The Successful Bidders / Purchaser Is Required To Approach To Custodian Of The Lot For Taking Handing Over / Delivery Of The Same If Sold After Maintaining All Sorts Of Formalities. In Case Of Any Dispute, The Same Is Required To Be Intimated Through Joint Note Duly Signed By The Officials Who Are Related For Effecting Delivery At That Stage. 5.
