Lifting The Coils With Core. Providing New Insulation ( I.E. ) Between Ht Windings. D. Manufacturing New Coils With New Copper Covered With As Per Original Scheme. E. Assembly Of Coils On The Core With New Insulation Fixing The Top Laminations. Placing Core With Coils In The Tank. F. Fixing Top Cover And Drying Under Vacuum. Cleaning The Valves, Conservator Tank Etc. G. Assembling The Transformer Including Fixing Of Bushing, Radiators, Conservator Tank. H. Reconditioning / Calibrations Of Wti, Oti And Buchholz Relays For Its Functionality. I. Filling Up With New Transformer Oil. J. Painting Of The Transformer. K. Trail Test Of Rewinded Transformer By Applying The Rated Voltage At Workshop And Submitting The Test Certificates. L. Transformer Routine Tests As Per Is Standards Shall Be Conducted In Presence Of Hgml Representatives On Bidders Workshop. M. Trial Run Of The Rewinded And Reconditioned Transformer With Load At Hgml Site And Monitoring All The Parameters. N. The Rewinded Transformer Shall Stand For A Minimum One Years On-Site Comprehensive Warranty Against Any Defects And Three Years Of Performance Guaranty For The Transformer. O. During The Warranty Period The Vendor Shall Have To Attend All Breakdown Calls Within 24 Hours And Rectify The Issues. P. The Contractor / Bidder Have To Complete The Above Said Work 45 Days Of Lead Time From The Date Of Issuing The Work Order. Tender Title
