    Tender For Re-Painting Of Faculty Housing Block C35 G-02 & C-23 F-02 At North Campus And Medical Unit, Uhl Guest House & Kitchen Area Of D-1 Dining Hall At South Campus Of Iit Mandi -1 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Approved make:Asian,Berger or Kansai Nerolac 2 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Approved make:Birla, JK white or approved equivalent 3 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Approved make:Asian,Berger or Kansai Nerolac 5 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Approved make:Asian,Berger or Kansai Nerolac 6 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour One coat as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Approved make:Asian,Berger or Kansai Nerolac
