1)CABIN AND CHASSIS Ashok Leyland or TATAecomet1015 HE3250mm WB goods chassis fitted with day cabin ‘ H serial (BS 6 ), diesel engine , 5 speed synchromesh gear box, power steering spare wheel carrier and rim , wiper motor , steel front end structure , RUPD /SUPD, mirror LH/ RH(oneeach ) driver seat , noise shield , ASA, tool kit and CMVR kit with 7 nos. 8.25 x16 PR PD nylon tyres with PTO , insuranceand registration charges as per Gem price.2)SULLAGE WATER TANKER AND WATER PUMP: Sullage tanker equipment comprises a storage tank, vacuum pump, overflow tank, controls and safety devices, suction hose and couplings.• A cylindrical tank of capacity of 6KL (6000 Ltrs) shall be utilized for storing,transporting and discharging the sullage / sewage Vehicles collected from the end application area.• The heart of the equipment is a positive displacement vacuum pump (blower) which creates vacuum to effect suction operation thro’ the hose.• The drive for the vacuum pump is tapped from the vehicle engine thro’ the Power Take Off (PTO) unit.• The engagement / disengagement of the vacuum pump with the vehicle PTO unit is effected manually / pneumatically by a control lever provide inside the cabin • All necessary safety devices like the pressure and vacuum relief valves, vacuum / pressure gauge, overflow tank, level view gauge etc., are provided.Construction - Cylindrical with dished ends, fully opening rear door (manual) thro’ hand wheel type clamps for tighten.
