| 2 | Note:- (a) The exclusive parts if required viz over load protector, condenser, motor, cooling coil, compressor body condenser and cooling coil, fan blade, fan blower, air filter, gas charging, thermostat switch, running capacitor, relay cap, starting capacitor, and electrical goods all will be the measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule as supply only. (b) No additional labour payment shall be entertained for replacement of any exclusive parts of appliances. (c) The rate quoted by the tender also includes labour cost for filling refrigerant gas in unit.
