Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix). , 2 - Provision for Lowering of Iron grill safely for reuse. , 3 - Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). , 4 - Provision for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)including groove cutting as per existing wall. , 5 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). , 6 - Providing and fixing Ms grill. , 7 - Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm stone. , 8 - Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.
