PROVIDING THE GOOD QUALITY TEA/COFFEE TO EMPLOYEES TWO TIMES IN A DAY, MORNING BETWEEN 8.30 AM TO 9 AM AND AFTERNOON BETWEEN 3.00 PM TO 3.30 PM AND PROVIDING THE GOOD QUALITY TEA/COFFEE TO VISITORS AND ALSO DURING DEALER MEETS, CONTRACTOR MEETS, FESTIVAL DAY CELEBRATIONS, TRAINING SESSIONS AND STAFF MEETINGS ETC., AND AS AND WHEN REQUIRED AS PER THE INSTRUCTION OF THE OFFICERS.2. PROVIDING THE MANPOWER FOR MISCELLANEOUS OFFICE SERVICES, IE. FILING THE PAPERS, XEROX WORK, ARRANGE THE FILES IN ORDER, ASSISTANCE IN OFFICE RELATED JOBS, CLEANING OF DINING ROOM AND ARRANGE THE LUNCH BOXES OF EMPLOYEES AT DINING ROOM, CLEANING OF THE COMPUTERS AND TABLES OF ALL EMPLOYEES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED WITH SOFT CLOTH BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF OFFICE HOURS, SERVING TO GUESTS ETC COMPLETE. SOFT CLOTH WILL BE PROVIDED BY HPCL.3. MAINTAINING AND UPDATING OF CASH RECEIPT VOID REGISTER, BDS REGISTER, DISHONOUR INSTRUMENTS REGISTER, PRCN REGISTER, THE PDC CHEQUE REGISTER IF ANY. ON DEMAND ALL THE REGISTERS SHOULD BE PRODUCED TO HPCL CONCERNED OFFICIAL. SEPARATE PRCN REGISTERS TO BE MAINTAINED FOR MS/HSD AND LUBES/BITUMEN. TALLYING THE DD/CHEQUE/PDC CHEQUE INSTRUMENTS AGAINST THE BDS FOR CORRECTNESS IN DATE, AMOUNT, BANK CODE, CUSTOMER CODE AND INFORM THE CONCERNED OFFICER IN CASE OF ANY ERROR.4. ASSISTING IN TT LOADING, PLT OPERATIONS, HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY OF DEPOT AS AND WHEN REQUIRED/ADVISED BY HPCL OIC., CLEANING OFFICE AND SURROUNDING:SCOPE OF JOB:CLEANING WITH RESPECT TO THE FRONT AND REAR PORTION OF THE BUILDING IS TO BE DONE EVERY DAY.CLEANING, SWEEPING AND DAMP MOPPING THE OFFICE WITH DISINFECTANT AND DEODORANT ONCE IN A DAY ON DAILY BASIS.DAMP MOPING OF TILES, FLOORS TO BE CARRIED OUT.SCRUBBING OF ALL FLOOR AREAS BY HAND /SCRUBBING MACHINES.ALL CURTAINS, VERTICAL BLINDS TO BE KEPT SPIC AND SPAN.E. ALL BRASS LETTERS, FITTINGS, KNOBS, HANDLES ETC. TO BE KEPT SHINING BY CLEANING ONCE IN A WEEK.PARTITION CLEANING TO BE CARRIED OUT EVERY DAY.UPKEEP OF CONFERENCE ROOM AND CABINS BY DUSTING AND CLEANING.CLEANING OF WASTE PAPER BASKETS, DOORMATS ETC. ON DAILY BASIS. FLOOR CLEANING OF CANTEEN WITH LIQUID SOAP AND MOPPING WITH DISINFECTANTS TO BE CARRIED OUT EVERY DAY.CLEANING PASSAGE AREA OF DINING HALL WITH LIQUID SOAP AND DISINFECTANTS TO BE CARRIED OUT EVERY DAY.WASTE BINS FROM CANTEEN WOULD BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED.CLEANING OF DRAINS / ROOF AND YARD OF REGIONAL OFFICE BUILDING SO THAT NO WATER ACCUMULATION TAKES PLACE AND ETC., GODREJ 4 DRAWER FILING CABINETSIZE: 1320 HX470 WX620 D
