Bids Are invited for Job order for repair of 01 x 33/11 KV power tranformers for arresting oil leakage and connected work for CG Sr No DT-4224/1 SM/MES No 175/3182/TR/16 - The following work is required to be carried out:-1.33/11 KV transformer make CG Sr No DT-4224/1 SM/MES No 175/3182/TR/16 at Kota Mil Stn (a) Dismantling the power supply of transformer, opening of cable terminal boxes, opening and replacement of stud-02 each set , LV side bushing- 04 each, seals and reconnecting the same -01 each set, checking for further leakage and assembling the cable terminal box.(b) M&L for replacement of loose stud, LV side bushing cracked HV side bushing 03 set and oil seals -02 set and checking for further leakage of oil and addressing the same. (c) M&L for replacement of oil guage-01 each. (d) M&L for replacement of silica gel breather assy-01 kg (e) M&L for top up of transformer oil-200 ltr .
