Height, Width And Material Of Stand Should Be As Per Drawing B00171-800-024_Deck Stand Roller_Rev.0 (Attached).3. Mooring Rope Shall Be Of Dia 20Mm Of Swl= 72 Kn And Nylon Material.4. Roller Shall Be Tested To Swl Load Of 10 T At Manufacturers Place. Test Report Duly Signed By Class Shall Be Submitted Along With The Items. 5. All Material Of Roller Used Shall Conform To Jis Standard As Mentioned Above. 6. Item To Be Supplied Complete In All Respect To The Entire Satisfaction Of Inspection Authorities And Shall Be Ready For Installation And Use On Board.7. Qap: A Quality Assurance Program Is To Be Specified By The Manufacturer In His Offer. The Manufacturer Shall Submit Quality Assurance Plan (Qap) Before Commencing Production. The Manufacturer Is To Indicate The Testing Methods, Details Etc. Of The Item. 8. Painting: Item Shall Be Thoroughly Cleaned To Remove Any Loose Mill Scales And 2 Coats Of Standard Marine Quality Primer Before Dispatch. Total Quantity : 1
