Bids Are Invited For Scope Of Work Scope Of Services And Terms & Conditions For Comprehensive Amc Of Acs 1. Bidder Should Be An Ac Manufacturer Or Authorized Partner / Dealer Of Air Conditioner Service Provider. Valid Authorization Partner / Dealer Certificate In The Field Of Air Conditioning Should Be Attached. 2. The Bidder Must Have Successfully Executed / Completed At Least Two Similar Services During The Last Three Financial Years. Proof Of Work Order To Be Submitted 3. This Contract Agreement Shall Remain In Force For A Period Of One Year From The Date Of Commencement Of Services. 4. The Contract Covers All Breakdown Maintenance And Preventive Maintenance As Per The Requirement Of The Equipments. 5. Bidder Shall Maintain & Repair The Said Equipment To Keep It Under Normal Working Condition For Normal Usage For Entire Contract Period. 6. The Maintenance Services Are To Be Provided During Weekdays From Monday To Saturday Between 9.30 Am To 7.00 Pm With 04 Hrs Respond Time & 08 Hrs Resolution Time. In Case, The Problem Is Not Resolved In 08 Hours, Standby Of Similar Configuration Must Be Provided Immediately To Ensure The Trouble Free Service. 7. The Contractor Shall Attend Unlimited Breakdown Calls Immediately On Receipt Of Compliant. 8. Routine Preventive Maintenance Including Complete Overhauling / Servicing Once In Each Quarter With Inventory Health Status Report. All Service Call Reports Must Be Submitted For Respective Quarter For Payment. 9. The Parts Which Are To Be Replaced Should Be Of The Same Or Higher Rating / Configuration And Of Oem Or Reputed Brand. In Case Of Replacement Of Defective Parts, The Parts Should Be Accompanied With Proper Challan Mentioning Details Of Part Replaced. 10. Any Preventive Repair Work As Required Will Be Intimated Well In Advance. 11. The Contract Charges Shall Be Fully Comprehensive Including Changing The Parts Of Indoor & Outdoor Units Acs Like Cards, Pcb, Remote With Cable, Compressor, Transformer, Paralleling Unit, Indoor & Outdoor Internal & External Interconnected Wires, Fan Motor, Lcd Display Section Including Contactors, Preventer, Capacitors, Relays, Fan Blade, Condenser & Cooling Coil, Copper Tube, Pads, All Sensors, Connected Power Cable, Gas Leakage Testing And Refilling ( If Required ) Etc., Time, Expertise, Cost Of Travel, Transportation In Case Of Sending Faulty Machine At Repair Centre Or Alternate Arrangements Shall Be Inclusive In The Contract. No Other Charges Are Applicable. 12. The Bidder Firm Agrees That Have Adequate Technical Expertise / Field Experience / Infrastructure Facilities / Spares In Stock / Business Arrangement With Oem / Back Up Facilities, Telephone Contacts, Manpower And Statutory Government Approvals / Registrations. Documentary Evidences Will Be Produced On Demand. 13. The Bidder Should Be A Company, Firm Or A Proprietary Concern Having Their Office / Branch Office Located In Gwalior. Rental Agreement / Latest Telephone Bill Copy / Property Tax Receipt / Gst Regn. May Be Submitted As Proof For Having Office In Gwalior City Along With Copy Of Incorporation / Registration. 14. The Bidder Agrees To Inspect The Site That At Their Cost During The Working Hours Before Quoting The Rates And Ascertain About The Facilities / Hindrances And Generally Obtain Their Own Information On Matters Effecting The Rates And Execution Of The Work. The Rates Quoted Will Be Final.
