    Tender Details

    Bids Are invited for Protective Panel and Hoist Panel Board - a) Protective Panel and Hoist Panel Board : Main protective panel shall comprise of 100 amps, 3 pole MCCB, 110 amps, 3 pole main contactor , control transformers, measuring instruments like digital multifunctional meter, 3 phase indication lamps, ON and OFF indications etc., and shall be complete internally wired. Hoist panel comprising of 100 amps, 3 pole, MCCB, main up and down contactor, OLR’s, Timers, resistance contactors, single phase preventers etc., and shall be complete internally wired with suitable size copper flexible wires. b) Long Travel Panel Board: Shall comprise of 63 amps, 3 poleMCB, forward and reverse contactors, OLR’s, single phase preventers, timers, resistance contactors. c) Cross Travel Panel Board : Shall comprise of 32 amps 3 poleMCB, suitable capacity forward and reverse contactors, OLR’s, single phase preventers, timers, resistance contactors etc. The above panel boards shall be fabricated in a sheet steel enclosure and shall be complete internally wired with suitable capacity & size copper flexible wires, the control voltage shall be of 110V AC. , Dismantling & Installation - DISMANTLING WORKS : The old panel boards shall be disconnected, dismantled, descended and to be handed over to the maintenance department.INSTALLATION OF PANELS : New panel boards shall be positioned on the crane, grouted, fixed and thoroughly mounted on base / mounting frames with proper welding, the power and control circuit cables to be re-connected and shall ensure for satisfactory operation of both the cranes.
