Repairs Replacements To Various Electromechanical Equipments At Various Bore Wells Under National Mission On Saffron- 1 Uplifting / Extraction Of Submersible Pump / Motor Assembly Along With All The Column Pipes Of 100Mm Dia, 12Mm Dia Steel Wire Rope And Submersible Cable From The Bore Wellcasing Pipe For Necessary Checkup To Submersible Pumping Equipment. The Job Is To Be Done By Using Heavy Duty Tripod Stand, Chain Pulley Block Etc. The Pipes Are To Be Clamped & Then Uplifting / Extracted One By One After Removing Nuts, Bolts, Washers Etc. The Job Is To Be Carried Out Utilizing The Services Of Skilled Laborers With Utmost Care So That The Components Are Not Damaged. ( Well No. 93 & 121 ) 2 Repairs To Submersible Pump ( 7.5Hp ) Of Well No. 93 By Way Of Unscrewing The Pump Base To Reach The Impeller Chamber, Then Remove The Screw From The Chamber And Take Out The Impeller And Clean Out The Chamber And Wash The Impeller. Shake Off Excess Water & Replace The Impeller Inside The Chamber. The Job Includes Providing And Fitting Of New Upper / Lower Bearings And Shaft Seal And Diffuser, Shaft Washer, Thrust Washer And Cleaning Of Filters. Put The Chamber Back In Place And Re-Assemble Pump With Base And Screw. The Job Includes Shifting, Handling, Loading, Unloading, Carriage Of Above Components From Site Of Work To Workshop And Back After Its Repairs / Replacement. The Job Includes Testing Of Equipment After Lowering Down. 3 Repairs To Submersible Pump ( 5 Hp ) Of Well No. 121 By Way Of Unscrewing The Pump Base To Reach The Impeller Chamber, Then Remove The Screw From The Chamber And Take Out The Impeller And Clean Out The Chamber And Wash The Impeller. Shake Off Excess Water & Replace The Impeller Inside The Chamber 4 Lowering Of Submersible Pump Motor Assembly After Repairs Along With All The Column Pipes To Be Held In Position With Steel Wire Rope After Replacing Worn Out Nuts, Bolts, Washers Etc Wherever Required In To The Well Casing Pipe. The Job Includes Reconnecting The Submersible Pump Motor With The Motor Control Panel & Its Testing On Full Load.
