Bids Are invited for Probe Sonicator - Ultrasonic Processor (microprocessor based programmableultrasonic processor) , Power - =750 Watts , Frequency - 20 KHz , Operating Voltage - AC 220 Volts, 50 Hz Single Phase , Probes and Processing Capacity - The base model of the ultrasonicator should be provided with 1/2’’ inch (13 mm)-Ultrasonic Solid Probe tip capable of processing volume from 50 ml to 250 ml. The base model of the ultrasonic horn should be able to accommodate standard replaceable probes. Option for changing all the probe as per the requirement. All the probes should be able to directly connect to the ultrasonic horn. Type of material for Probe Tip: Titanium alloys replaceable probe tips. Standard Probes which should be provided are: (1)  25 mm (1’’ inch) solid probe tip: Processing volume: 100 ml to 1 litre - (OEM) should be compatible with the ultrasonic horn. (2)  3 mm (1/8’’ inch) tapered solid microtip: Processing volume: 1 ml to 15 ml – (OEM) should be compatible with the ultrasonic horn. (3)  6 mm (1/4’’ inch) tapered solid microtip: Processing volume: 10 ml to 50 ml – (OEM) should be compatible with the ultrasonic horn. (4)  2 mm (1/16” inch) tapered solid microtip: Processing volume: 0.2 ml to 5 ml – (OEM) should be compatible with the ultrasonic horn. , Display - LCD display with user prompts, automatic tuning, energy (joules) monitor, Digital Wattmeter operated, Real time Alphanumeric display , Amplitude control - Full amplitude control (1-100%) with programmable timer at least for 10 h. Real time alphanumeric display, at least 10 program storage capability.
