Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Various Fittings And Mechanical Components At Pumping Station Seer Manjala.-Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of various Fittings and Mechanical Components at Pumping Station Seer Manjala by way of providing/fabrication of various size MS bends, MS flanges, Cast Steel and Cast Iron Check Valves and Sluice Valves alongwith other components like expander / reducers, nut-bolts and rubber sheet/gasket. The job includes providing and fitting of MS long bends of dia 4”- 3 nos., 3”- 3 nos. & 2.5”- 3 nos. and short bends of dia 4”-2 nos., 3” -8 nos. alongwith 4” dia MS flange- 8 nos., 3” dia MS flange- 14 nos. and 2.5” MS Flange- 6 nos. gaskets for fabrication of suction assembly and delivery assembly with the help of fastening and welding works using superior quality welding rods conforming to IS standards which may include making of manifolds, according to site requirement.The jobs further include providing and fitting expander of 2.5” dia to 3” dia and a heavy duty CI Sluice Valve of 3” dia – 1 no. conforming to IS Standards on suction side alongwith matching MS flange pair and gasket by way of welding and bolting so as to regulate the flow to installed pumps. The job also involves providing and fitting expander of 3” dia to 4” dia, CS Sluice Valve of 3” dia – 1 no. and CS Check Valve of dia 3”-1 no. conforming to IS Standards on delivery side alongwith matching MS flange pairs and gasket by way of welding and bolting in order to regulate the flow from installed pumps. The job also includes joining of suction and delivery of pumps with suction assembly and delivery assembly respectively by way of flanging, bolting and welding works with proper gasketing. The GI pipes required for fabrication of suction assembly and Delivery assembly will be provided by department. Complete job includes cost of material, hire charge of tools and tackles, labour charges, welding works, carriage charges etc.
