Filling of oil in lube oil tank & hydraulic couplings 7. Starting of lube oil, Cooling water & vacuum systems 8. Gas system connection and purging of test loop 9. Operation of valves during testing & steam blowing 10. Filling of N2 Accumulators and operation of diaphragm compressor 11.
