Bids Are invited for Transformer - Supply, installed, commissioning and testing Transformer step down, copper wounded, outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 630 KVA capacity core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled. Oil natrually air natural (on AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYN-11 with natural brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5% & +5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celcius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after contineous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius. The Transformer shall be IS-1180 marked and shall comprises of the following:- (Make: Savita/Power link) , HT cable - Supply, laying, testing and commissioning HT cable 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanized iron strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3 core, ISI marked with IS:7098 (part-II) as amended upto date in trenches/ducts/through pipes etc and making connection by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping, including removal of old unserviceable defective cable of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Finolex/Polycab/KEI , Cable jointing kit - S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 sqmm, also with and including connecting single thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including removing burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed.
