    Bids Are invited for SINGLE METAL BED WITH PLY ARRANGEMENTsize of 2056 mm W X 973 mm D X 720 mm H X 450 mm - Single bed overall size of 2056 mm W X 973 mm D X 720 mm H X 450 mm Bed stead height with ply arrangements of 12 mm thick water resistance -ISI marked approved brand ply, Bed frame assembly is a welded of side frame inner 5 slats for better support and stength. The side frame are made assembly of rectangular pipe of 50.8 X 25.4 X 1.2 mm thick, assembly inner slats of Square tube 19 X 1 mm thick MS ERW tube IS : 7138. HeadBoard and Tail Boradare made up of Square pipe 38.1 X 1.2 MM and SQ 25.4 X 1.0 mm thick MS ERW Tube IS : 7138 and support bracket 3.2 mm Thick MS sheet IS : 513 head/ Tail Board connected with bed frame with M8 Bolt. A 18 MM thick high density approved brandply pannel is attached to headboard with 3 mm thick MS plate and M6 screw. Finish will be epoxy polyster powder coated colour as per user choice DFT 40 - 60 microns. Providing foot adjustable clips for leveling of furniture. Required Line diagram and test certificate matching with product specifications and finaly colours shade and sample approved by Engineer-in-charge. Total Quantity : 1
