    Bids Are invited for Cleaningand painting of the both exteriorand interior of Training Block building and Auditorium building and water proofing of roof of Auditorium building - Removing white colour wash by scrapping and sand papering the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete , Do - distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ltr of approved brand and manfufacture to giv an even shade old work( one or more coat , Do- - Removing dry or oil bound distemper ,water proffing cement paint and the like scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc complete , Do-- - wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade :one or more coat on old work. , Do--- - Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacturer old work , Do----- - Providing and applying fibre reinforcement elestomeric liquid water proffing membrance with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectively index(SRI) of 105 on the top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 ltr/10sqm. One coat of self -priming of elastomeric water proofingliquid ( dilution with water inthe ratio o 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proffing liquid ( dry film thicknessof complete application/system not less than 500 microns) .The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surace to remove loose particles with wire brushes ,complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.
