Periodical Services To R To H At Mil Stn Agartala Periodical Services To R To H At Mil Stn Agartala &L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc( Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified. 3 All as per item No 01 above butt one coat of white wash on ceiling . 4 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat ofoil bound distemper. 5 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement base paint. 6 M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. 7 M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. 8 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surfaces including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts & trading oil and greesing spots etc and applying two coats ofAcrylic exterior plastic emultion paint over a coat of wall primer (X2) complete all as permanufacturer instruction and as specified and directed 9 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wallsincluding raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. 10 M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 as on chajjas, beam, balcony fins etc with hard drawn wire fabric mesh where required to make up to original shape at any height complete all as specified and directed 11 M&L for preparation of Newly plasteredsurfaces of walls/chajja /beams andcornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat of cement base paintand all as specified and directed.
