Bids Are invited for Doctor - One qualified MBBS allophatic medical practioner registered with Indian Medical Council and with minimum one year relevant experience. , Nurse - One female nurse, Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) withwith diploma in nursing registerd with Jharkhand State Medical Council with minimum of one year of relevant experience. , Pharmacist - One pharmacist registered with Pharmacy Council with minimum one years of post-registration relevant experience. , Driver for Mobile Medical Van - One hands-on driver with valid Motor Vehicle License to drive the ambulance/ mobile medical van. The minimumqualification of a driver should be 8th Standard Pass or above. , Camp Co-ordinator - One camp co-ordinator for PR (Public Relation) works of Mobile Health Camp (MHC) with minimum one years of relevant experience and should be a qualified social worker. , Mobile Medical Van (Basic Life Support Ambulance) - Per day hiring charge of one long high roof Mobile Medical Van, like Traveler or equivalent. Vehicle should be owned in the name of the bidder and should be registered on or after 01.04.2021. The vehicle should be provided with GPS Facility. The rate shall include all consumables i.e. Lubricants,Maintenance, insurance etc. , Mobile Medical Van Running Charges - Running charges per Km (Estimatedrunning per month 1500 Km)including fuel and any other expenses etc. (Payment will be made for actual running Km). , Administrative Activities - Public regulation, Public Relation works, Administration works, Record maintenanace, reporting, stationary, printing, photocopy, advertisement, public announcment etc complete as directed by the officer incharge.
