The Consultant Needs To Consult This Committee During The Assignment Continuously To Get Their Feedback In Preparing The Detailed Project Report DPR). Hence, The Consultant Has To Present The Findings Before The Core Committee At Each Phase. At Least The Consultant Has To Present The Finding Three Times Before Finalization Of DPR.
