1. Rewiring of annunciator panelsa) The vendor is required to identify continuity from field to panel and the correct termination of field HCDs with identification in HCD PLC panel.b) Provision for 4 spare HCDs, 2 open path and 2 point type to kept ready with wiring in PLC and annunciator panel and corresponding PLC programming etc.c) Wiring and end termination from HCD panel to all 3 annunciator panels needs to be checked and corrected. Identification tags to be replaced in annunciator panels for with correct tags.d) Cost includes replacement of faulty LED lamps, hooter, connectors etc. to complete the above job.2. Reprogramming of existing PLC with logicAs mentioned above, there are changes in the number and location of HCDs. In order to incorporate these changes, it is required to reprogram the PLC by feeding new ladder logic required for providing the following outputs in SCADA screen.Short AlarmLEL20 >20% LEL AlarmLEL40 >40% LEL AlarmC.F Critical Fault = 1mA + 0.3mAZ.C Zero Calibration = 1mA+/0.3 mAN.C.O Non Critical Obstruction in Path = 2mA +/- 0.3mAMIS Misalignment fault = 2.5mA +/- 0.3mAMAINT Maintenance Call = 3mA +/- 0.3mAG.P Gas Present = 4mA+/-0.5mA -The above outputs from PLC shall be shared in MODBUS protocol to the PC of terminal automation vendor.Cost includes supply of required licenses.Note: In case vendor finds the existing PLC cannot reprogrammed, a new PLC along with compatible IO modules and associated wiring
