The earth pits shall be filled with sufficent quality ultra high conductive black fill compound with neccessary accessories like lockable pit cover and PVC 16 sqmm single core multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor drawn in HDPE pipe bore 25mm Including test point terminal block made of gun metal phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws and Hot dip galvanised sheet 2 mm thick box of size 200 x 100 x 100 mm with Hexagonal head screws 125 mm complete as required all as per standard practices and specifications.Note: The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type c-140 mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cmm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cost iron cover shown in the electrical plate No. 3 MES SSR Part - I 2 BOQ_2 S&F galvanised iron tubing light grade size 50 mm dia for protection of cables or mechanical protection of earth strip laid under plinths/floors, road, paths, culverts, or fixed on walls, or along poles by means of MS clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc beyound 7.5 Mtrs. 3 BOQ_3 S&F galvanised iron tubing light grade size 32 mm dia for protection of cables or mechanical protection of earth strip laid under plinths/floors, road, paths, culverts, or fixed on walls, or along poles by means of MS clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc beyound 7.5 Mtrs. 4 BOQ_4 S & F copper strip 32 x 6 mm in ground and with DMC insulated saddles and fixing screws etc on wall / roof conductor above ground including jointing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. 5 BOQ_5 Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR, With all accessories all as specified and directed. 6 BOQ_6 Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity of 2.0 TR, With all accessories all as specified and directed. 7 BOQ_7 Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA all as specified and directed. 8 BOQ_8 Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA all as specified and directed. 9 BOQ_9 Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. 10 BOQ_10 S&F Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required 2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mmearth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
